I'm 30 years old, 5'4" and 133 pounds my stomach never bounced back after giving birth 7 years ago (caesarean) my belly has a weird shape, plus extensive stretch marks and wrinkly skin. Weight loss isn't real. Sure, you can do something drastic to lose 20 pounds in a month, but chances are these actions aren't sustainable if you want to lose the weight and keep it off for good, target a weight loss of one to two pounds per week so you can truly see permanent, long-lasting results!.
